- Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
- The product must not be listed under “Non-returnable” items.

- Products that have been altered, assembled, or customized after purchase.
- Consumable items such as printer cartridges, ink, or cables.
- Any product that has been tampered with or damaged by the customer.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt.
- Products found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival can be exchanged or refunded based on your preference.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchange Process
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please ensure the product meets the return criteria.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over PKR 10,000to ensure they are returned safely.
